ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purpose of these conditions is to define the procedures for carrying out the activities and services related to participation in the UIC HIGH SPEED 2023 event,

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is a Limited Company having a capital of 5,000,000.00 Dhs, whose head office is located at Local A5, Rabat Agdal Station, Agdal, Rabat, Morocco, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 74729, holder of the travel agent license n°4CD/09.

The website www.uichighspeed2023.com is the exclusive property of the company SUPRATOURS TRAVEL.

This site gives access to a portal for the UIC HIGH SPEED 2023 event. It is published by SUPRATOURS TRAVEL and allows the purchase of registration and the reservation of hotels.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is an intermediary between the users of the Site and the various referenced service providers.

The reservation of the services offered on the Site implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the Buyer.

Any customer who registers for this event acknowledges having read the description of the chosen product, of these general conditions of sale and of the special conditions of the supplier of the reserved service, and accepts them in their entirety.



ARTICLE 2: RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION ON THE WEBSITE www.uichighspeed2023.com

This site presents tourist services developed by the various suppliers referenced by SUPRATOURS TRAVEL such as hoteliers, tour operators, etc.

For any service offered on the Site, the conditions of sale specific to each supplier concerned by the service purchased also apply. These conditions include provisions concerning in particular the terms of payment, cancellation or modification of reservations, reimbursement, the obligations of the parties to the contract, liability.

As the sale is finalized online, SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is the Buyer's sales contact, responsible for the proper performance of the contract.

The Site therefore acts as an intermediary: the Buyer concludes a contract with SUPRATOURS TRAVEL; the travel supplier's Special Conditions of Sale constitute one of the elements of the contract.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL takes all reasonable measures to make its site available, but cannot guarantee the information provided by service providers (SUPRATOURS TRAVEL obtains information from service providers, to the extent permitted by law, SUPRATOURS TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or missing information.

The site does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any supplier or its products, services, facilities, vehicles, etc.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is not a party to the special conditions of suppliers. The supplier is responsible alone.

2.1 RESERVATION

Before any reservation, the product must be put in your account. Your account corresponds to your customer area where you can find all the reservations and purchases you wish to make.

The customer must make the payment for the reservation to be final with receipt of the funds in the bank account of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL.

The customer must ensure that all his information (including payment and contact details) is correct and up to date. Failure to do so may prevent him from accessing his services. The customer is responsible for all actions performed on your Account.

As the person making the Reservation for a group, the customer is responsible for the actions and behavior of each member of the group. The customer is also required to obtain their authorization before providing us with their personal data.

Each Reservation you make is placed directly with the supplier. We are not a “contracting party” to your Booking.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL owns and operates the site.

The site only shows accommodations that have a commercial relationship with us, and it does not necessarily show all of their products or services.

Information on service providers is based on the data they transmit. They are responsible for ensuring that this data is accurate and up to date.

2.2 CONFIRMATION

The final confirmation of the reservation of the product can only be made after full payment.

The Buyer automatically receives the essential elements such as a voucher for accommodation or a payment receipt for registration.



ARTICLE 3: MEANS OF PAYMENT

The CMI system guarantees the confidentiality of banking data entered by customers on its payment platform. This data is transmitted from the client's browser to the CMI platform using encryption techniques (SSL protocols, HTTPS) allowing the confidentiality of the content of a transaction. These techniques prevent personal data (identity, address, card number, etc.) from being recovered by a malicious third party.

Once received by CMI, the customer's bank details are transmitted directly to the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (“CMI”). The CMI supports financial transactions between the customer's bank and the merchant's bank on a closed and non-open banking network on the Internet.

This guarantee is based on processes and national and international regulations with which CMI complies and is based on technologies and concepts recognized and approved by all of the world's e- commerce players.

The Buyer has several payment methods on the event booking platform:

3.1. BY BANK CARDS

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL accepts the following bank cards and payment cards on its reservation platform dedicated to the UIC HIGH SPEED 2023 event (secure site):

- Visa
- Mastercard

Note that the amount authorized per transaction cannot exceed 30,000 DH (~the equivalent of approximately 3000 EUR).

3.2 BY BANK TRANSFER

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL accepts payment by bank transfer. The transfer must imperatively be confirmed by the issuing bank (photocopy of transfer order, etc.). This confirmation of transfer must mention the surname, first name and order number.

ARTICLE 4: PRICING

4.1 Registration / Accommodation

The descriptive sheets of the SUPRATOURS TRAVEL prices mention what is included in the price. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the basic package is announced in Moroccan Dirhams and all taxes included.

Rates are calculated on a flat rate basis.

4.2 OTHER COSTS

Depending on the method of payment chosen, you will have to pay the fees inherent in the method of payment chosen. These costs are directly integrated into the purchase price presented.



ARTICLE 5: ACCOMMODATION

The classification of hotels by stars or by category presented on the Site always results from the decisions of the Tourism authorities, according to local standards which may be different from Moroccan or international standards.

The practices of the international hotel industry imply that participants take possession of the room from 2 p.m. and release it before noon, regardless of the time of departure or arrival.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL declines all responsibility in the event of theft within the hotel. In general, hotels have safes (free or paid) that it is recommended to use.

The activities and leisure offered by the hotels may present risks for which SUPRATOURS TRAVEL cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident.

The images displayed on the Site are provided for purposes of illustration of the services:

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL does not guarantee that they always correspond exactly to the services reserved by the Buyer (for example: image of a higher category room in the product description then that the Buyer has booked a standard room; sea view when the room is located elsewhere, etc.).

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL and under consumer protection legislation, will only be liable for the costs that the customer incurs as a direct result of a breach on its part. This means that, SUPRATOURS TRAVEL will not be responsible (for information and not limitation) for the following elements:

• Consequential loss or consequential damage;
• Inaccurate information about a service provider;
• Product, service or action of a service provider or other business partner;
• Error in an e-mail address, telephone number or credit card number (unless SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is the cause);
• Force majeure or event beyond our control. If the customer breaches these terms and/or the terms of the service provider.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL will not be responsible for the costs that the customer incurs as a result, the latter will not be entitled to any refund.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL does not guarantee the products and services of service providers (except as expressly stated in these Conditions).

The choice(s) is (are) the sole and entire responsibility of the customer.

It is necessary to remember that the rates offered by SUPRATOURS TRAVEL on its platform dedicated to the UIC HIGH SPEED 2023 event are negotiated rates and the establishments are recommended given their proximity and quality of services.



ARTICLE 9: CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

9.1 Cancellation by the customer (Registration)

Any cancellation within one month before the date of the event is considered free. Any request for cancellation of registration from the Purchaser must be made by e-mail: contact@uichighspeed2023.com from the SUPRATOURS TRAVEL agency appearing on your booking confirmation.

9.2 Cancellation by the customer (Accommodation)

Cancellations of accommodation requests are handled as follows:

- Before 1 month or more: free.
- Between 15 days and 1 month: 01 night of expenses.
- Between 07 days and 15 days: 02 nights of expenses.
- Less than 07 days: full (no refund).



ARTICLE 11: ADMINISTRATIVE AND HEALTH FORMALITIES

It is up to the customer to ensure that he is in good standing (and that the persons appearing on his file are also in good standing) with the police, customs and health formalities necessary for the realization of the event.



ARTICLE 12: INSURANCE

No insurance is included in the packages offered. SUPRATOURS TRAVEL strongly advises you to take out insurance offering you guarantees before, during and after the event.



ARTICLE 14: RESPONSIBILITY

Under no circumstances can SUPRATOURS TRAVEL be held responsible for circumstances relating to force majeure, caused by third parties unrelated to the provision of the services provided for in the contract or by the poor performance of the contract attributable to the customer. The responsibility of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL can never be engaged for consequential damages.

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for the performance of the services purchased on site by the customer apart from these proposals and not provided for in the description.



ARTICLE 15: EVIDENCE

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information system of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL have a probative value with regard to orders and any other element relating to the use of the site www.uichighspeed2023.com. They may be validly produced as evidence in the same way as any other writing.

It is necessary to remember that the participant will be required to produce documents justifying the quality of his profile to justify the price list from which he will benefit (registration & accommodation).



ARTICLE 16: ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

Any contestation or dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale will be brought before the competent courts of the city of Rabat – Morocco.



ARTICLE 17: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

17.1 General

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL declares that it holds all the intellectual property rights, as well as the related usage rights for the “www.uichighspeed2023.com” site.

Access to the Site does not give you any rights to the intellectual property rights relating to the Site, which remain the exclusive property of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL.

The elements accessible on the Site, in particular in the form of texts, photographs, images, icons, maps, sounds, videos, software and databases are also protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and other private rights that SUPRATOURS TRAVEL holds.

Except for the provisions indicated in these General Conditions, you may not, under any circumstances, reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, on any medium whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or exploit in any way whatsoever. either, all or part of the Site without the prior written authorization of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL.

The insertion of hypertext links to any part of the Site is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SUPRATOURS TRAVEL.

17.2 Software

The use of any software downloaded from the Site allowing access to certain services is governed by the terms of the license accompanying it. You agree not to install, copy or use this software without first agreeing to the terms of said license.

For any software not accompanied by a license, you are granted a right of temporary, private, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive use of this software in order to be able, exclusively, to access the services which mafke use of this software necessary. By installing or using the software, you agree to abide by this condition.

17.3 LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

17.3.1 For the use of the site

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL does not guarantee that the Site will be free from anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that these can be corrected, nor that the Site will operate without interruption or breakdowns, nor that it is compatible with hardware or a particular configuration other than those expressly mentioned by the site www.uichighspeed2023.com

SUPRATOURS TRAVEL is in no way responsible for malfunctions attributable to third-party software. Under no circumstances will SUPRATOURS TRAVEL be responsible any type of foreseeable or unforeseeable, material or immaterial damage (including the loss of profits or opportunity, etc.) arising from the use or the total or partial impossibility of using the Site.
